ICAST 2025, the International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades, was held in Orlando, Florida, from July 14-18 at the Orange County Convention Center. Organized by The American Sportfishing Association, it is the world’s largest trade show for the recreational fishing industry, showcasing new products, innovations, and the latest advancements in fishing gear, tackle, equipment, electronics, and apparel.
The Show is exclusively for Tackle dealers, media members, and manufacturers. It is not open to the general public. The event welcomed over 12,000 attendees from 78 countries, nearly 600 exhibitors, and over 600 brands showcasing their products. This marked an increase in buyer registration compared to the previous year.
ICAST 2025 showcased a range of new and innovative fishing products, with a focus on tackle, apparel, and kayak technology. Key highlights include the “Best of Show” winner, the Kymera Electric Jet Fishing Kayak from Fluxjet Kayaks, and various award-winning tackle items like the VMC Minnow Shaker Jig and PowerPro Max 8 fishing line.
