Bunker Up Fishing, the sandblaster bait cannon maker, has been sold to a new company. I have contacted the new owners and they tell me that they plan to stock the sandblaster cannons soon but at this time they are out of stock. That has been a couple of months now, so I’m not holding my breath. As an alternative, check out fishingbaitlaunchers.com they make several similar products and should be able to help you out. I haven’t tried their cannons, so I recommend contacting them first via their website’s contact page.
I don’t guide, but I know a couple of surf fishing guides here that do a great job. Jeff Wolda of Padre Island Light Tackle Adventures (https://pi-adventures.com/) is awesome and specializes in fishing the surf for speckled trout and redfish, phone: 361-215-8400.
Eric Ozolins of Ocean Epics (https://www.oceanepics.com/) would be my choice if you are interested in catching big sharks from the beach. Eric knows his stuff and can put you on some giants. Phone: 361-877-3583.

Hey Sir, I saw your YouTube video on elk hunting GMU 78 this year and myself and a buddy are going to elk hunt that GMU next year. We will be doing walk in only area and was wondering if I could get some info from you since you’ve done it before.
When fishing at the beach where is the best fishing spot to catch fish at like reds and strippers and pompano because I never caught any fish like that and sheepshead and from the fishing pier if from Houston tx we fish the Gulf
From Houston you could check out Crystal Beach on the Bolivar Peninsula, or the far west end of Galveston Island at San Luis Pass. Also the beach accross the pass bridge all the way to Surfside has some good surf fishing. If you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, Matagorda Beach is great this time of year for reds and lots of small to medium sharks.
I saw several of your FB posts regarding overhead aerial scouting of beaches. How does one get access to current pics of a specific beach, like Orange Beach and Dauphin Island in Alabama?
Google Earth (google.earth.com) is a good starting point, and if you’re lucky, it may be a recent image. However, it could also be a couple of years old. For more recent images, USGS Earth Explorer (earthexplorer.usgs.gov) is good; you can get images that are only a few days old. NASA Worldview (worldview.earthdata.nasa.gov) also has recent satellite images, but I haven’t been able to zoom in as close as Google Earth or USGS Earth Explorer. Another good source is Copernicus Browser: browser.dataspacecopernicus.eu
All of these are free to use as well. Try’em out and let me know how it goes.

Bunker up fishing was bought out, and they are not making bait cannons or molds at this time.
